Yes! This is one of the key features. The menu bar interface provides separate sliders for system volume and Apple Music volume. You can adjust either one independently without affecting the other.
Does the app affect my Mac's performance or battery life?
No, Menu Volume is designed to be lightweight and efficient. It runs quietly in the background with negligible impact on your Mac's performance or battery life, using minimal system resources and permissions.
Does it support Spotify?
Not yet. (Planned.)
Does it change other apps' volumes individually?
No—only Music has its own slider; everything else follows your Mac volume.
What data does the app collect?
None. Menu Volume doesn't collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything runs locally on your Mac, and no information is sent to external servers.
